Paver Patios & Walkways

Paver Patios & Walkways in Lansing, MI

Custom paver patios and walkways built on a base that holds up to Michigan freeze-thaw.

A paver patio is only as good as what's underneath it. We over-engineer the base — proper excavation, compacted aggregate, polymeric sand joints — so your patio still looks flat and level five winters from now.

From a simple side walkway to a sprawling backyard entertaining space with fire pit, seat walls, and built-in lighting — we design and build it as one cohesive outdoor room.

What's included

  • Custom layout designed to your yard and how you'll use it
  • Proper excavation and base prep (this is where most patios fail)
  • Premium paver and natural stone options
  • Seat walls, steps, fire pit, and lighting integration
  • Polymeric sand joints and finished edge restraint
  • Site clean-up — we leave it cleaner than we found it

Signs you need this

  • Your existing patio is sinking, cracking, or pulling apart
  • Your yard has nowhere comfortable to sit or entertain
  • You want to extend your living space outdoors

Frequently asked

How long does a paver patio last?+

Built right, 25+ years. Built on a bad base, you can see settling and tilting in 2–3 winters. The difference is almost always the prep work, not the pavers.

Pavers vs. poured concrete?+

Pavers handle Michigan freeze-thaw better, look more custom, and individual pavers can be lifted and reset if needed. Concrete cracks — and there's no fixing it without replacing it.

When can you build it?+

We install patios from spring through late fall. Booking early in the season is the way to get on the schedule.
